
Clare Brady has nearly two decades' experience reporting the news and in 2007 she joined the team at Today Tonight.
Her experience has seen her report from scenes of some of the biggest stories this decade. Her roll call includes the Boxing Day Tsunami, the Bali bombings and the drama of the Schapelle Corby trial.
She also covered the Bali Nine drug mule arrests and a fatal bus crash in Egypt that killed several Australian tourists.Clare reported on Melbourne's gangland wars from start to finish, developing an intimate knowledge of the underworld and its characters - some of whom are no longer alive.
As a news reporter, Clare mastered adapting to any situation and successfully reported on events such as the Melbourne Cup carnival, including the coveted trophies first tour outside Australia to New Zealand, as well as this country's worst floods and fires.
Clare has interviewed the likes of boxing great Muhammad Ali, Pavarotti and U2 frontman Bono.
