With just a few weeks until summer kicks in, now's the time to gear up and trim down for the swimsuit season.
We show you how you can get a great bikini body, with our A-team of experts: celebrity trainer John Fell, swimsuit cover girl Annalise Braakenseik, and dietician Arlene Normand.
The first thing to look at is diet.
Arlene Normand says the best five bikini foods are fish, berries, yoghurt, cottage cheese and eggs.
"Fish is really great and light to eat," said Arlene. "Berries are high in water and low in sugar."
Yoghurt is on our list, as studies have shown that the lactose in low fat diary may slow the absorption of fat.
Arlene adds, "You can lose weight very quickly in the first two weeks by just changing the quantity in your diet and the food you're eating in your diet."
So, no surprise that chocolate and chips are at the top of the worst list, joined by white pasta, muffins and alcohol.
Arlene points out that a wholemeal muffin is worth about four slices of bread.
And of course, there's alcohol.
"Alcohol is a disaster," said Arlene. "Men normally go for the beers, women go for the wine, thinking that 3 or 4 glasses doesn't touch the sides, but it's really very fattening."
Next on the bikini body plan, is exercise.
John Fell said, "If you're not exercising at all and you start training three times a week, you're going to notice the difference."
To get amazing results fast, John's advice is to focus on exercises that work multiple body parts at once.
His No. 1 bikini fat buster is the Crossover Lunge with a Bicep Curl. It's simple but effective and it can be done anywhere.
He also advocates strategic eating.
"If you've only got two weeks and you really need to trim down, number one, reduce the size of your dinner, increase the size of your breakfast. Eating late at night is just going to go straight to fat," said John.
And finally, some tips from cover girl Annalise.
"Two weeks before a really important shoot I cut out alcohol, I up the ante with regard to exercise," said Annalise.
The 36-year-old eats herself skinny with healthy food.
She said, "As long as you're healthy and you're fit and you're firm, be proud and show off that bikini body I say!"
