Men want them, women want men who have them, and it's something money can't buy...until now.
"Vaser Hi Def is a whole new approach to lipo-sculpture to men and women and what it does is produce an athletic look and high definition muscles," said cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Daniel Lanzer.
Guillermo Tempo will be one of the first in the country to undergo this new technique to get the 6 pack he's always wanted.
In 5 years, Guillermo has lost nearly 20 kilos. He's now at the gym six mornings a week, but that's not enough.
"For the patients that continue to exercise and build up their muscle, they'll enhance those results, so it's not a replacement for the gym, it's a way of improving what they're trying to get", Dr. Lanzer said.
"Technology is the Vaser: a third generation ultrasound machine. And what that's doing is softening the fat and causing skin retraction. We selectively remove more fat at the insertion points of the muscle and this gives definition to the muscle itself," Dr. Lanzer said.
For Guillermo's wife Tatiana, it's not about showing off at the beach, but boosting self esteem.
"I think it has to do with how he feels about himself, so if anything, he will be really cool to be around him feeling really good about himself," she said.
Marketing expert Simon Hammond sees cosmetic surgery as a way of branding and marketing ourselves.
"It used to be a female only terrain to look after their image. That's no longer the case. I think it's 50/50 men that I'm seeing coming through are very much looking at the whole package of what they can be," he said.
Vaser Hi Def costs between $15,000 and $20,000. It takes up to four months to see the full effect of that surgery and doctors say this operation isn't suitable for those who are overweight.
Once Guillermo has his surgery, we'll show you his results.
