Sophie Monk is back home to promote a new range of underwear she calls the celebrity secret to a perfect figure.

It may seem unbelievable to look as hot as Sophie does and not be comfortable with showing off your body, especially when you have made a Hollywood career out of baring all.

"I am so nervous getting naked it's not even funny," Sophie said.

"I won't even wear a bikini to the beach, I think I've done it once in my whole life."

She is promoting a range of underwear called Hollywood Shape.

Hollywood is certainly loving Sophie, with six movies due to come out in the next five months, she has been busy showing her true talents around Tinseltown.

"A lot of it has been comedy so for me it's just me joking about girls being in bikinis and that kind of thing so as long as I'm in on the joke I don't mind it so much," she said.

"Really taking myself seriously and trying to be sexy is hard for me even if I'm doing a shot for FHM, or Ralph or something."

The ultimate indecent proposal came from the original lad mag, Playboy. She was offered $1 million to go nude.

"Playboy approached me and we said no, it's different being nude in character but being nude yourself is a little bit," she said.

"I just want to make people laugh and that is my main thing."
