Keith Urban knew the baby was well on the way but the newest addition to the Kidman Urban family must have arrived a day late.
Even though she was born on Monday, the couple named their baby daughter Sunday.
Sunday Rose Kidman Urban weighed in at 2.9kg and has no idea there is already a big price on her little head.
Peter Carette from photo agency Icon Images knows the huge market of an exclusive celebrity baby photo.
"I think the first photographs of Nicole and Keith's baby will go for $5 million to $6 million around the world," he said.
"Babies are good for the magazine business."
Editor of Who Magazine, Nicky Briger, said a celebrity baby cover can increase circulation by 20 to 40 per cent.
"I think everybody is genuinely happy for Nicole she has had a baby she's found happiness," she said.
"She's also 40, that could also up the price."
The prices have been getting higher. It is believed Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's first natural baby, Shiloh, went for $4.1 million. The money went to children's charity UNICEF.
A photo of J-Lo and Marc Anthony's twins bought in a tidy $5 million.
Most celebrities give the money to charity while others do not want to play the game.
After relentless stalking from paparazzi for a shot of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' first child Suri, the couple were forced to give in.
"Some people don't sell their baby photos like Tom Cruise they did a gorgeous shoot for Vanity fair, no money exchanged hands they just did it to get the paparazzi of their back," Nicky said.
Some Hollywood stars like Cate Blanchett and Hugh Jackman out smart the tabloids with the relaxed approach.
Once the kids have been seen the pictures are not worth as much.
